ii. assets under management of at least £10 million (or its equivalent in any other currency at the relevant time);

6. A local public authority, a national or regional government, a public body that manages debt, a central bank or supranational institution (such as the World Bank, IMF)

7. Another institutional investor whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments or designated investments. This includes entities dedicated to the securitization of assets or other financing transactions.
